Appointment Policy
Deposit
A NON REFUNDABLE deposit is MANDATORY for all appointments! This deposit will go towards your service cost & you will pay the remaing balance upon your arrival. Deposits are NONTRANSFERABLE! If you cancel last minute, exceed rescheduling opportunities, or no call no show, the deposit will not transfer to a new appointment.
Booking Information
Please put you REAL first and last name when booking (no nicknames). If you do not put your correct name your appointment will be cancelled and I will refund your deposit. You will also be required to show identification upon arrival to verify your name matches the appointment. For security and safety purposes I won't accept any appointments booked under a fake name/nickname.
Late Policy
A 10 minute grace period is allowed, after the grace period you will be charged a $15 late fee. If you are not in the chair after 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and you forfeit your deposit. If you are going to be running late, please communicate with me as early as possible.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be done 48 hours in advance. Last minute cancellations will result in forfeit of your deposit.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling must be done 24 hours in advance. You are only allowed ONE reschedule, after that it will be considered a cancellation which will result in forfeit of your deposit.
No Call No Show
If you no call no show you must pay the full balance of your scheduled appointment before you are allowed to book again. Repeat offenders will result in being banned from booking in the future.
Payment
I accept cash, cash app, Apple Pay, and major credit/debit cards. If you pay using a card, apple pay, cash app, etc, there will be a 4% service charge.
Same Day Appointments
Same day appointments/requesting last minute services will result in an additional fee. This fee can vary depending on the service & time.
Consultations
Loc consultations are required for all reattachment/extension services. If you have not had a retwist in 4 months or more, please schedule a consultation first.
Photography
I do take pictures/videos for content to promote my business and gain more clientele. If you do not wish to be on camera, I kindly ask that you please do not book with me. I understand some people are more private, but 9 times out of 10 you found me off my content. This is how I’m able to attract new clients so I ask that if you have a problem with being photographed, that you choose a service provider that best fits your desires. You do not have to do a consultation/talking video if you do not wish, but I do take before/after videos of clients.
Length Requirement
If you are booking braids, twists, a reattachment or starter locs your hair needs to be at least 3 inches long.
Phone Usage
If you are getting a haircut please do NOT play on your phone. I don't mind if you answer a quick call but please do not scroll social media, talk, or text while being serviced.

King Treatment

Experience the king treatment you deserve with our top package. A shampoo (if applicable), haircut, facial, manicure, and pedicure. Along with complimentary wine or champagne, fruit, heating pad and massage!
Presidential Cut

You will recieve a steam shampoo, deep conditioning, haircut and a relaxing facial! The steam shampoo utilizes steam to open up pores on the scalp and help loosen up dirt and oils, for a deeper clean. The facial will come with gentle cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, a hydrating mask, moisturizing serum, and a facial massage for rejuvinated skin!

This service includes: a shampoo/condition, ACV Detox, a palm roll retwist, any style of your choice & a haircut.

All haircuts include a wash (I do not wash locs unless I am servicing you for locs as well)

Loc Retwist- Interlock

Interlocking locs means weaving or threading the root of a loc through itself so the loc locks tightly at the scalp and stays neat for a longer time. The end of the loc is pulled through the root (often in a 2-, 3-, or 4-point rotation pattern). It secures new growth and prevents unraveling. Works well for loose textures: Often used for people whose hair may unravel with palm rolling. The retightening usually lasts 4–8 weeks.
